GT Luxury Rentals has been in business in Sosua since March 2004, online since 2008 in its main site and later added the Sosua Villas travel guide in 2011 due to a lack of quality online travel information for tourists visiting Sosua. It started as a property management agency that later expanded into rentals and real estate. Today it is a well known provider of luxury and affordable villas in the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. The agency produces its own HD videos and photographs of all its listings, to ensure the highest quality services to its clients.

This website has been redesigned in mid-2015 and updated with new villas, a video section, and a more complete classified section. It is linked to the social networks of Sosua Beach given the fact that it is the main attraction and this is a travel guide on Sosua with villa rentals. The latest redesign turned the site into a magazine-style one, completed in mid-July 2018.

We also have included our villas in numerous international rental sites to make it easier to renters to find us through various channels. If anyone wants to book our villas through an external site is because they still don`t have access to one of our direct sites.

Some external sites might show higher rental rates due to their payment system that involves high commissions so beware.  Our parent site has the largest selection of villas in the North Coast, with a support office just minutes away from the villas in Sosua. It is important to book from an agency, and even better to have one that truly has a local presence with full customer support and a hotline.
